  • Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following shipping options:

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

 

 

6. Shipping Issues

Bonjour Smoochez is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
